Your CONSUMER AND PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 678

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 17, strike "The following amounts are" and insert in lieu thereof "Eight Hundred Thousand Dollars ($800,000) is".

2. On page 1, line 21, strike "for the following purposes:".

3. On page 1, line 22, strike "(1) eight hundred thousand dollars ($800,000)".

4. On page 2, line 1, after the comma insert "prevention of domestic violence,".

5. On page 2, line 3, strike "; and" and insert in lieu thereof a period.

6. On page 2, strike lines 4 through 6 in their entirety.,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
