Your GOVERNMENT AND URBAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 709

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, strike Section 1 in its entirety.

2. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.

3. On page 2, line 4, insert a period after "bonds" and strike the remainder of the line.

4. On page 2, strike lines 5 through 8 through the period.

5. On page 2, line 13, strike "twenty" and insert in lieu thereof "thirty".

6. On page 2, strike line 21 and line 22 through "bonds".,

and thence referred to the APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE.
