Your TAXATION AND REVENUE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 799

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 24, before the comma insert "and bookstores owned or operated by post-secondary educational institutions".

2. On page 2, line 2, after "materials" insert "sold by a bookstore owned or operated by a post-secondary educational institution and that are".

3. On page 2, line 4, before "operator", insert "owner or".

4. On page 2, line 4, strike "facility" and insert in lieu thereof "bookstore".
