has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 22, after "form" insert "and in a newspaper".

2. On page 1, line 23, strike "the" and insert in lieu thereof "each".

3. On page 1, line 24, strike "of" and insert in lieu thereof "affected by" and strike the second "the" and insert in lieu thereof "each".

4. On page 4, line 8, strike the first "the" and insert in lieu thereof "each".

5. On page 4, line 9, after "use" insert "or where other water rights may be affected".,
