Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 943

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 13, before the period insert "; DECLARING AN EMERGENCY".

2. On page 2, line 2, strike "directors" and insert in lieu thereof "director".

3. On page 2, lines 2 and 3, strike "the child support enforcement division and".

4. On page 2, lines 5 and 6, strike "the respective positions" and insert in lieu thereof "that position".

5. On page 2, after line 6, insert the following new section:

"Section 3. EMERGENCY.-- It is necessary for the public peace, health and safety that this act take effect immediately.".
