SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1___ to HOUSE APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR HOUSE BILL 972

1. On page 2, line 14, after "report" insert ", except as otherwise specified,".

2. On page 28, strike lines 21 and 22 and insert in lieu thereof a new Paragraph (c):

"(c) Output: Percent of children in medicaid

managed care who received

recommended immunizations by

age two 72%".

3. On page 29, between lines 4 and 5, insert a new Paragraph (h) as follows:

"(h) Output: Compliance with HCFA behavioral

health terms and conditions as

evidenced by quarterly reports

to the LFC 100%".

4. On page 29, strike line 5 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof:

"(i) Efficiency: Cost per person served in

managed care

(j) Efficiency: Cost per person in fee-for-

service".
