SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1___ to HOUSE BILL 997

Amendment sponsored by Senator Joseph J. Carraro

1. On page 4, between lines 22 and 23, insert the following new subsection:

"C. five million dollars ($5,000,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the energy, minerals and natural resources department to compensate landowners for the petroglyph national monument;".

2. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.
