Your APPROPRIATIONS AND FINANCE COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

HOUSE BILL 93, as amended

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 16, strike "MAKING AN APPROPRIATION;".

2. On page 17, line 14, strike "uncontested" and insert in lieu thereof "contested".

3. On page 21, line 20, strike "commending" and insert in lieu thereof "commencing".

4. On pages 24 and 25, strike Section 21 in its entirety.

5. Renumber the succeeding sections accordingly.
