MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY FOR MARKETING THE AIRFRAME MECHANICS PROGRAM IN ROSWELL.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal year 2002 to market the airframe mechanics program on the Roswell campus. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2002 shall revert to the general fund.
