Your PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 12, strike "FUNERAL SERVICE PRACTITIONERS" and insert in lieu thereof "LICENSEES AND EXTENDING THE GRACE PERIOD FOR LICENSE RENEWALS".

2. On page 1, line 24, strike "funeral service practitioner" and insert in lieu thereof "licensee".

3. On page 1, line 25, strike "as a funeral".

4. On page 2, strike line 1 up to "for" and insert in lieu thereof "by the board".

5. On page 2, line 4, strike "thirty-day" and insert in lieu thereof "sixty-day".,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS & TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
