AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO EXPAND THE HOTEL, RESTAURANT AND TOURISM MANAGEMENT PROGRAM AT NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred eighty thousand seventy-eight dollars ($380,078) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico state university for expenditure in fiscal year 2002 to expand the hotel, restaurant and tourism management program's role as a provider of specialized training. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2002 shall revert to the general fund.
