1. On page 1, strike line 25 and on page 2, strike lines 1 through 5 up to the semicolon.

2. On page 2, line 6, strike ""manufacturer" or", delete the comma and on line 7, strike "other than a wholesaler,".

3. On page 3, lines 7 and 8, strike "or substantially the same" and insert in lieu thereof "relevant".

4. On page 3, lines 8 and 9, strike "or substantially the same".

5. On page 3, lines 13 and 14, strike "with one or more wholesalers".

6. On page 3, line 17, strike ", samples".

7. On page 3, line 18, following "concessions" insert "but does not include prescription drugs provided under specific drug donation programs".

8. On page 4, strike lines 5 through 7 and reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

9. On page 4, line 10, strike "to a purchaser or purchaser's facility".
