Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 6, strike "approval" and insert in lieu thereof "review" and at the end of the sentence after "area", add "provided final decisions are approved by the local governing body".

2. On page 3, line 12, strike "national flood insurance" and insert in lieu thereof "state-certified flood plain manager".,

and thence referred to the PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE.
