1. Strike Senate Conservation Committee Amendments 29, 30 and 31.

2. On page 1, line 14, strike "MAKING APPROPRIATIONS;".

3. On pages 8 and 9, strike Sections 11 and 12 in their entirety.

4. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.
