Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, lines 12 and 13, strike "; REPEALING AUTHORITY FOR LANDOWNER TAKINGS; MAKING AN APPROPRIATION".

2. On page 3, line 9, strike "game and fish" and insert in lieu thereof "protected wildlife".

3. On page 5, line 3, strike "game animals" and insert in lieu thereof "protected wildlife".

4. On pages 5 and 6, strike Sections 2 and 3 in their entirety.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
