has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 5, line 25, after "date", strike the remainder of the line, and on page 6, line 1, strike "department or from the date".

2. On page 6, line 5, strike ", whichever is applicable".

3. On page 6, after "E." strike the remainder of line 17 and line 18 in its entirety, and on line 19, strike "an" and insert in lieu thereof "An".

4. On page 6, line 23, after the period, strike the remainder of the line, strike all of lines 24 and 25, and on page 7, strike lines 1 through 4.,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
