2. On page 2, line 20, before "county" insert "county clerk of the".

3. On page 2, line 20, after "registered" insert "to vote".

4. On page 3, line 3, after "clerk" insert "of the county".

5. On page 3, line 4, after "registered" insert "to vote".

6. On page 3, line 12, strike "secretary of state" and insert in lieu thereof "county clerk of the county where the felon was registered to vote".
