AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO CONDUCT A FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE TULAROSA PIPELINE PROJECT.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the office of the state engineer for expenditure in fiscal year 2002 to study the feasibility of the Tularosa pipeline project. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2002 shall revert to the general fund.
