has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 5, line 25, after "enforceable" insert "by the department or the local agency pursuant to the Air Quality Control Act or the federal act".

2. On page 10, line 17, strike "board" and insert in lieu thereof "agency".

3. On page 12, line 12, strike "regulations" and insert in lieu thereof "rules".

4. On page 17, line 6, strike "first alleged".

5. On page 17, line 6, after "violation" insert "known by the department or the local agency".

6. On page 17, lines 18 and 19, strike the underscored language.

7. On page 17, lines 20 through 24, strike the comma and the underscored language.

8. On page 20, line 25, strike "after the alleged violation" and insert in lieu thereof "from the date the violation was known by the department or the local agency".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
