Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 13, strike "POTABLE" and insert in lieu thereof "USABLE".

2. On page 1, line 24, after "to" strike the remainder of the line, strike line 25 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "identify feasible methods and technology to convert oil-field-produced water to usable water as well as feasible methods to store and convey the water converted to a usable form.".

3. On page 2, line 1, strike "water.".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
