has had it under consideration and reports same WITHOUT RECOMMENDATION, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 8, strike "written" and insert in lieu thereof "personal".

2. On page 2, strike lines 12 through 23.

3. On page 5, line 1, after "a" insert "petty" and on lines 1 and 2, strike "sentenced pursuant to Section 31-19-1 NMSA 1978.", and insert in lieu thereof "subject to a maximum fine of five hundred dollars ($500) for violation of this provision."

4. On page 5, line 19, strike "; of" and strike line 20 and through "numbers," on line 21, and insert in lieu thereof "and".
