SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number _______ to SENATE BILL 306, as amended

1. Strike all senate public affairs committee amendments.

2. On page 6, line 23, strike the brackets and line-through, strike the remainder of the line, all of line 24 and strike line 25 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "or thirty days of community service".

3. On page 7, lines 3 and 4, strike the brackets and line-through and the underscored language and insert in lieu thereof "or sixty days of community service".
