has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, lines 14 and 15, strike "MANDATING TREATMENT FOR SECOND AND SUBSEQUENT DWI OFFENDERS;".

2. On page 1, line 15, strike "SECTIONS" and insert in lieu thereof "A SECTION".

3. On pages 3 through 10, strike Section 2 in its entirety.

4. Renumber the succeeding section accordingly.,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
