2. Reletter the succeeding subsections accordingly.

3. On page 8, line 17, after "trial", strike the remainder of the line, strike lines 18 and 19 and insert in lieu thereof a period.

4. On page 9, line 17, after "fund", insert "of the governing body of the seizing agency to be used to enforce narcotics law violations, drug treatment or prevention programs, or other substance abuse initiatives".
