SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___4___ to SENATE PUBLIC AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR SENATE BILL 319, as amended

Amendment sponsored by Senator Kent L. Cravens

1. On page 4, between lines 12 and 13, insert the following new subsection:

"E. the issuance by the department of an identification card with a photograph of a certified patient, primary caregiver or any other person approved by the department to produce, possess, distribute, dispense or sell marijuana for the purposes of the Compassionate Use Medical Marijuana Act.".
