has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 1, line 11, strike "TO MAKE IMPROVEMENTS ON" and insert in lieu thereof "FOR RESTORATION AND REMEDIATION OF".

2. On page 1, line 21, after "of" insert "invasive".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
