Mr. President:

Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 4, lines 1 and 2, strike "of one thousand one hundred gallons or less capacity".

2. On page 4, line 14, strike "directly" and insert in lieu thereof "or other storage methods or devices".

3. On page 4, line 14, strike "or" and insert in lieu thereof a comma.

4. On page 4, line 14, strike "production and gathering" and insert in lieu thereof "or mining exploration, production, transportation, refining, processing or storage, or the oil field service industry".

5. On page 4, strike Paragraph (8) in its entirety.

6. Renumber the succeeding paragraph accordingly.

7. On page 4, line 22, after the semicolon insert "or".

8. On page 4, between lines 22 and 23, insert a new Paragraph (9) to read:

"(9) tanks or related pipelines and facilities owned or used by a refinery, natural gas processing plant or pipeline company in the regular course of their refining, processing or pipeline business;".

17. On page 47, lines 11 through 13, strike "to pay the department's reasonable administrative costs, including attorney fees;".
