SENATE FLOOR AMENDMENT number _______ to SENATE BILL 335

1. On page 1, line 14, strike "SANDIA PUEBLO AND ISLETA PUEBLO" and insert in lieu thereof "ALL PUEBLOS".

2. On page 1, strike lines 21 and 22 and insert in lieu thereof "PUEBLOS.--".

3. On page 1, strike line 24 and line 25 through the second occurrence of "Pueblo" and insert in lieu thereof "pueblo".

4. On page 3, line 19, strike the colon, strike lines 20 through 25 and on page 4, strike lines 1 through 14 and insert in lieu thereof ""pueblo land" means land located within the exterior boundaries of a pueblo reservation or grant and all land held by the United States in trust for a pueblo."".

5. On page 4, strike line 17 after "WITH", strike lines 18 and 19 and insert in lieu thereof "PUEBLOS.--".

6. On page 4, strike line 21 after "with", strike line 22 through the fourth occurrence of "Pueblo" and insert in lieu thereof "a pueblo".
