2. On page 1, line 12, strike "CIRCUMSTANCE" and insert in lieu thereof "CIRCUMSTANCES".

3. On page 1, line 25, after "officer" insert ", judge, prosecutor, correctional officer, jailer, or probation and parole officer".

4. On page 2, line 1, strike "as a peace officer" and insert in lieu thereof "as such".
