has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 2, line 3, strike "a" and insert in lieu thereof "the trading of".

2. On page 2, line 4, strike "trading program".

3. On page 4, line 4, after "power" insert ", including all installed renewable generation in New Mexico prior to the

effective date of the Renewable Energy Certification Act".,

4. On page 4, line 16, after the semicolon insert "and".

5. On page 4, strike Subsection N in its entirety.

6. Reletter the succeeding subsection accordingly.,

and thence referred to the CONSERVATION COMMITTEE.
