AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR A RECREATIONAL TRAIL FEASIBILITY STUDY FOR THE SOUTH VALLEY OF BERNALILLO COUNTY.



BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the state parks division of the energy, minerals and natural resources department for expenditure in fiscal year 2002 for a recreational trail feasibility study for the south valley of Bernalillo county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2002 shall revert to the general fund.
