REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE LINCOLN COUNTY SOLID WASTE

AUTHORITY IN LINCOLN COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the department of environment

sixty-four thousand dollars ($64,000) for two one-ton trucks for the clean-up crew and the repair and delivery crew for the Lincoln county solid waste authority in Lincoln county;

one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) to acquire land for, plan, design, construct, equip and furnish the transfer station of the Lincoln county solid waste authority in Lincoln county; and

sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) for tools and equipment for the maintenance shop of the Lincoln county solid waste authority in Lincoln county.
