REQUESTED BY

FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO THE CARLSBAD LIBRARY IN EDDY COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) to renovate the staff workroom, break room and director's office for the library in Carlsbad in Eddy county.
