REQUESTED BY

FOR RECREATIONAL FIELD IMPROVEMENTS IN SANTA ROSA IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the department of environment

two hundred eighty thousand dollars ($280,000) to complete construction of the re-use line for disposal of effluent water to irrigate fields, parks and a golf course in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county; and

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred twenty thousand dollars ($120,000) to plan, design and construct a baseball field complex in Santa Rosa in Guadalupe county.
