REQUESTED BY

FOR MAINTENANCE AND INFRASTRUCTURE MODERNIZATION AT EASTERN NEW

MEXICO UNIVERSITY IN PORTALES IN ROOSEVELT COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the commission on higher education

six hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($625,000) for maintenance and infrastructure modernization, including upgrading of the telephone and electrical distribution systems, at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county.
