HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 839

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

45TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2001

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN SIERRA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) for extrication equipment for Sierra county; and

to the office of the state engineer

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to rehabilitate the Hillsboro and Monticello levees in Sierra county.
