HOUSE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 1126

45TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2001

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE TOWN OF ESTANCIA IN TORRANCE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the department of environment

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to engineer, extend sewer lines, install a lift station and upgrade the existing treatment plant in Estancia in Torrance county; and

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

forty thousand dollars ($40,000) to conduct a town survey, including plat and flood protection maps, for Estancia in Torrrance county; and

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to purchase a tanker pumper and chassis upgrade for the Estancia fire department in Torrance county.
