REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS TO UNIVERSITY ATHLETIC FACILITIES IN NEW MEXICO.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to make capital improvements to athletic facilities at eastern New Mexico university in Portales in Roosevelt county;

to the board of regents of New Mexico highlands university

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to make capital improvements to athletic facilities at New Mexico highlands university in Las Vegas in San Miguel county; and

to the board of regents of western New Mexico university

one million dollars ($1,000,000) to make capital improvements to athletic facilities at western New Mexico university in Silver City in Grant county.
