REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the second judicial district court

four hundred thirty-two thousand dollars ($432,000) for telecommunications infrastructure for the second judicial district court in Bernalillo county;

three hundred thirty-two thousand dollars ($332,000) to purchase and install optical imaging technology for the second judicial district court in Bernalillo county;

twenty-nine thousand two hundred dollars ($29,200) for a court reporter storage system for the second judicial district court in Bernalillo county;

thirty-eight thousand nine hundred dollars ($38,900) for bar coding files for the second judicial district court in Bernalillo county;

one hundred forty thousand dollars ($140,000) for a for-the-record system for the second judicial district court in Bernalillo county; and

one million two hundred thousand dollars ($1,200,000) for improvements to the flooring system for the second judicial district court in Bernalillo county.
