45TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2001

REQUESTED BY

FOR SENATE DISTRICT 40 CAPITAL PROJECTS IN CLOUDCROFT IN OTERO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the department of environment

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to drill and construct a new water well for the municipal water system in Cloudcroft in Otero county; and

two hundred eighty thousand dollars ($280,000) to improve the water, wastewater and sewer systems in Cloudcroft in Otero county; and

to the state highway and transportation department

seventy-five thousand dollars ($75,000) to continue the paving of various streets in the north area Cloudcroft in Otero county.
