FOR AN OUTDOOR RECREATIONAL AREA IN THE TRES ARBOLES NEIGHBORHOOD

OF LAS CRUCES IN DONA ANA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

two hundred seventy-three thousand two hundred fifty dollars ($273,250) to develop an outdoor recreational area, including landscaping and installation of playground equipment, in the Tres Arboles neighborhood of Las Cruces in Dona Ana county.
