SENATE CAPITAL OUTLAY REQUEST 337

STATE OF NEW MEXICO

45TH LEGISLATURE - FIRST SESSION - 2001

REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL PROJECTS IN THE TOWN OF HAGERMAN IN CHAVES COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the department of environment

seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to the water system in Hagerman in Chaves county; and

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to construct and equip the little league field project in Hagerman in Chaves county;

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a new facility for the Joy community center in Hagerman in Chaves county; and

sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000) to purchase a grass fire truck and related equipment for the fire department in Hagerman in Chaves county.
