FOR WATER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS TO THE DILIA MUTUAL DOMESTIC WATER

CONSUMERS ASSOCIATION IN GUADALUPE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay project be funded:

to the department of environment

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for critical improvements to the Dilia mutual domestic water consumers association water system in Guadalupe county.
