FOR A REAUTHORIZATION TO EXTEND THE EXPENDITURE PERIOD OF A SEVERANCE TAX BOND APPROPRIATION TO DESIGN, CONSTRUCT AND EQUIP A SENIOR CITIZEN CENTER AT THE ALAMO CHAPTER OF THE NAVAJO NATION IN SOCORRO COUNTY.

The period of time in which the proceeds from the sale of severance tax bonds appropriated to the state agency on aging pursuant to Subsection B of Section 4 of Chapter 148 of Laws 1994 to design, construct and equip a senior citizen center at the Alamo chapter of the Navajo Nation located in Socorro county, which was reauthorized pursuant to Paragraph (1) of Subsection B of Section 72 of Chapter 118 of Laws 1998 to extend the expenditure period through fiscal year 2001, may be expended is extended through fiscal year 2004. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2004 shall revert to the severance tax bonding fund.
