REQUESTED BY

FOR EQUIPPING THE JACK CANDELARIA COMMUNITY CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IN BERNALILLO COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000) to purchase and install equipment at the Jack Candelaria community center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.

The general fund appropriation to the capital program fund pursuant to Paragraph (2) of Subsection A of Section 34 of Chapter 23 of Laws 2000 (2nd S.S.) for building improvements to the adult probation and parole building in Santa Fe in Santa Fe county shall not be expended for the original purpose but is appropriated to the local government division of the department of finance and administration to purchase and install equipment at the Jack Candelaria community center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
