REQUESTED BY

FOR LIGHTING OF THE FIBER OPTIC CABLE AT THE PUEBLO OF LAGUNA AND FOR IMPROVEMENTS AT THE PUEBLO OF ACOMA IN CIBOLA COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the New Mexico office of Indian affairs

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan and conduct a transportation infrastructure assessment for the pueblo of Acoma in Cibola county; and

four hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($475,000) for lighting of the existing fiber optic cable located on forty miles of the eastern border of the pueblo of Laguna to its northwest border in Cibola county.
