REQUESTED BY

FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS IN THE POJOAQUE VALLEY PUBLIC SCHOOL

DISTRICT IN SANTA FE COUNTY.

I request that the following capital outlay projects be funded:

to the state department of public education

two million three hundred seventy-six thousand three hundred forty dollars ($2,376,340) to construct a performing arts center, with restrooms, storage rooms and locker rooms, in the Pojoaque Valley public school district in Santa Fe county;

two million seven hundred sixty-three thousand one hundred fifty dollars ($2,763,150) to renovate the existing high school facilities to convert them to the intermediate and middle schools in the Pojoaque Valley public school district in Santa Fe county; and

thirteen million four hundred forty-four thousand one hundred sixty dollars ($13,444,160) to acquire land for, prepare the site for, plan, design, construct and equip phase 2 of the new Pojoaque high school, including refurbishing existing intermediate school classrooms, in the Pojoaque Valley public school district in Santa Fe county.
