SUMMARY
Synopsis of Bill
House Bill 622 appropriates $50.0 from the general fund to the community college board of the Santa Fe Community College (SFCC) for the purpose of funding public school activities during the Mariachi Educational Training conference.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $50.0 contained in this bill is a non-recurring expense to the general fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY02 shall revert to the general fund.

This program was not included in the SFCC budget request to the SFCC community college board, and thus was not submitted by the SFCC to the Commission on Higher Education (CHE) for review. The CHE did not recommend funding this program.
