FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $200.0 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY02 shall revert to the general fund.
TECHNICAL ISSUES
The bill does not specify if the health caregivers would specifically provide services to elderly, low-income persons. Also, the type of training could be specified.
