Synopsis of Bill
HB 836 appropriates $ 50,000.00 from the general fund to the Local Government Division of the Department of Finance and Administration for the purpose of contracting with the City of Socorro to manage the Alamo chapter of the Navajo Nation Arts and Craft Center. This appropriation can be expended in FY01 and FY02.
FISCAL IMPLICATIONS
The appropriation of $ 50.0 contained in this bill is a recurring expense to the general fund. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of FY02 shall revert to the general fund.
